Having the intention to leave for the far East in the near future
would be thankful if you would kindly furnish me with a reply to the
following questions:-
1) Shall I be allowed to go ashore at British ports i.e; Port Said,
Colombo, Singapore or wherever the beat (probably a Dutch steaner
will call?
2) If so, mật I have a visa for these ports in my passport and, in
who would be. the competent authority to furnish the visa?
I intend to first go to Java and from there to Japan and China
molnding Hongkong ·
I shall esteem it a favor if you will be kind enough to alas
ira me as regards the visa for Hongkong.
